In early 2011 I decided to extend the media I work in to included fusing with the purchase of Fusion 7 kiln by Paragon Industries.
This kiln allows me to fuse glass disks up to 13" in diameter.
Currently I am working with a variety of bowls to offer unique patterns. These include anniversary presents, bowls in your favorite colors or the colors of your county's flag, and Celtic Knot patterns done in a single fused circular glass blank. As time goes on and I get additional client requests I hope to expand my offerings. One area I am currently learning is fused painting.
The photo on the right is an 8" square fused plate in the colors of the Irish Flag. It is shown in the kiln just after the final cool down. I have also made this plate in red - white and blue. The size is ideal for a plate in two or three colors to match your heritage
The table below presents information about designs currently offered. Inquiries about custom work beyond these are always welcome.
Client special requests have been the main path for me to expand my design offerings in the leaded stain glass arena. I have often found that the special request from one client turns out to be something of general interest when they see a photo of the product.
