I use FedEx Ground or UPS Ground for shipment. Both offer ground rates to the 48 contiguous states, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. The ground shipping costs referenced on my Shipping Information page are for the 48 contiguous states. Please contact me for a shipping rate estimate for other locations.
There are a few small items that can be shipped via FedEx Air at modest cost. However, most items are only reasonably shipped to locations within the ground shipping zones of FedEx and UPS.
